Brigitte Nettesheim (Aetna) Brigitte Nettesheim, MBA, holds various roles within Aetna.
As President of Joint Venture Markets, Ms. Nettesheim drives the execution of the business plans for Aetna’s Joint Venture markets with a focus on achieving goals through growth, advancing Aetna’s relationship with the provider, and transforming the way care is delivered locally. She has held this role since 2016.
Ms. Nettesheim is also the North Central Territory Leader, a role she has had since 2018. In this role, she is responsible for accelerating delivery of consumer health and engagement initiatives; profitably growing Medicare and Commercial membership; developing cost-competitive networks and expanding community-based partnerships; investing in talent to transform consumer-focused culture and improve engagement; and advancing CVS integration and innovation priorities.
Ms. Nettesheim earned her master’s degree in business administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. She received her Bachelor of Science in economics with a minor in systems engineering from the United States Military Academy and served in the US Army, departing with the rank of Captain.
