Panel – Creating Infrastructure to Support Financial Risk-Taking

There are myriad elements that a provider practice must have in place to operationalize a shared accountability model while staying financially viable and delivering high quality care and positive outcomes for patients. This session will feature payer and provider representatives speaking to how these elements have evolved in their APMs, including discussion of necessary payment structures, the importance of creating sustainable and effective investments in population health management infrastructure, and creating a glidepath for assuming financial risk.
