Jaeson Fournier (WSCHS)

Jaeson Fournier is the chief executive officer of West Side Community Health Services. West Side is the largest Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Minnesota providing medical, dental, and behavioral health services through 16 locations in Saint Paul, Ramsey County, Minnesota. Dr. Fournier is also the Board Chair of a Medicaid focused Accountable Care Organization (ACO) known as the Federally Qualified Health Center Urban Health Network (i.e. FUHN).  FUHN is a consortium of 10 Twin Cities’ FQHC organizations with 40 Twin Cities metro clinics, many of which are involved in multi-disciplinary collaborative care models, including his own.  Jaeson received his undergraduate degree from the University of Toronto, a Doctor of Chiropractic from the National College of Chiropractic and a Master of Public Health from the University of Illinois.
