Chief Data and Analytics Officer, Marshfield Clinic Health System/Security Health Plan 

Greg Robinson, PhD, is the Chief Data and Analytics Officer for Security Health Plan, a part of Marshfield Clinic Health System. He heads the development of strategy and tactical execution of data as an asset for the Marshfield Clinic Health System. In this role, he is responsible for data management, quality, governance, modeling, analytics, data science, and the delivery of cross-disciplinary operational insights to drive patient outcomes and revenue objectives. Prior to this role, Dr. Robinson led IT and care delivery operations as the interim CIO and COO at the Connecticut Department of Corrections as the transformational leader responsible for all of its facilities across the state. His previous experience includes roles as co-founder of health IT software in the predictive modeling space; senior executive and consultant roles leading technology and operations for healthcare organizations for academic medical centers and health plans; and CEO for a Federally Qualified Health Center.

Dr. Robinson is actively involved in Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources, serving on the Board of the CARIN Alliance, which aims to advance the ability for consumers and caregivers to easily get, use, and share their digital health information when, where, and how they want to achieve their goals. Dr. Robinson is also a recognized expert in the areas of data science and correctional health care.
