Jack is a seasoned physician leader with over 30 years of experience in private practice, as well as a proven healthcare innovator. He is deeply involved in women’s health reform at the state and national levels and has made a profound impact in changing the paradigm of women’s care.

During his corporate leadership at Lifeline Medical Associates, Jack has created a strategic vision, leading the initiative to join together over 100 providers across 35 care centers to achieve the financial sustainability of their private practices and strengthen the quality of care provided to their patients. Leading and empowering his team at the Central Business Office, Jack has helped revolutionize the way medical practices run their businesses by implementing a value-based care platform for the entire network. By lowering total medical costs, each Care Center in the network can deliver more affordable and higher-quality care to every patient.

To complement his medical practice work at Lifeline Medical Associates, Jack currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Atlantic Accountable Care Organization (AACO), where he also is the Chairman of the Performance Improvement Committee. He is an active member of the Quality Committee at Horizon Blue Cross / Blue Shield and the Medical Society of New Jersey (MSNJ) and was formerly on the Board of Directors for MD Advantage Medical Liability. Jack also serves as a student and resident teacher at Morristown Medical Center, an Affiliate of the University of Medicine & Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ).

In addition to his role as President of Lifeline Medical Associates, Jack is a founding member of the U.S. Women’s Health Alliance (USWHA), where he proudly serves as the organization’s President. Jack received his medical degree at the Robert Wood Johnson Medical School of the University of Medicine & Dentistry of New Jersey, and completed his internship and residency at St. Barnabas Medical Center in Livingston, New Jersey.
