Commitment Statement:
CHPW looks forward to actively supporting the achievement of the LAN’s goals of tying 30 percent of U.S. health care payments to APMs by 2016 and 50 percent by 2018. CHPW commits to continue to measure progress toward these goals on an on-going basis. Washington State is pursuing similar APM goals across its health care marketplace and CHPW is committed to partnering with the State and Federal Government to achieve APM goals and measure progress.
