Stephanie Franklin, M.P.S., PMP, is the director of policy, insights, business intelligence & analytics at Humana. She leads work to improve the health of members and communities by eliminating preventable, unjust, and unnecessary barriers in health and health care. Her team’s work within the Health Equity and Community Engagement Team brings to light the social risk factors and non-medical needs that prevent members from achieving their best health. She is a published researcher and a speaker on the topics of social determinants of health and health equity.
Stephanie joined Humana in 2014. Previous roles included leading clinical programs aimed at preventing and delaying the progression of chronic disease. Stephanie was also the senior legislative aide to Congressman John Yarmuth. Stephanie has a Master of Professional Studies in Political Management from the George Washington University and a bachelor’s from Centre College. She lives in Louisville, KY, with her husband and two sons.
