Ms. Jennifer Neer is a Business Change Manager for Anthem’s Enhanced Personal Health Care program. She has been with Anthem for 9 1/2 years. As Business Change Manager, Jennifer helps lead the development of program innovation for the Enhanced Personal Health Care (EPHC) program. Her scope of responsibilities include implementation of AHRQ’s SHARE Approach training for Anthem, program development for associates in transformation work as well as supporting other quality improvement initiatives. Jennifer provides strategic leadership for advancing EPHC’s program goal of “empowering primary care physicians (PCPs) to engage in comprehensive primary care functions that move us toward a coordinated, evidence-based care model that has the greatest impact on achieving the triple aim of improved quality, patient experience and affordability.”
Jennifer received her Master of Social Work from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh WI and Master of Business Administration from Lakeland College-WI. She is a licensed Advanced Practice Social Worker in WI.
